Hey guys, I’m Wei Hao – a young adult who is just like any other individual, exploring his options. I’m fortunate enough to have found my passion and interest in the food & nutrition field early and have been pursuing it courageously ever since.

This newfound passion soon fueled my desire to launch a project that hopes to transform and improve lives through the use of whole healthy food and their nutrition

To know me deeper, you need to understand these values, interests, and philosophies that I hold onto dearly:

  1. I love to cook at home, especially since I unearthed and mastered new cooking techniques and methods, which revolve around harmonizing whole foods and ingredients to craft nutritious yet delectable meals.
  2. I personally prioritize maintaining both physical fitness and mental productivity by incorporating physical activities such as regular exercises and a nutritious diet based on whole foods. (Eating healthy is extremely important to me.)
  3. I strongly believe that food is medicine, and that incorporating nourishing choices into your diet establishes the foundation for excellent health and optimal productivity.
  4. Occasionally, my productivity suffers due to my short attention span, but I manage this challenge by integrating healthy eating habits with productivity techniques. (Maybe I have ADHD?)

“How did he make the transition from studying in the engineering field to exploring the field of food & nutrition?”

My interest sparked during my third year of tertiary education at polytechnic in 2019. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve been fascinated by the intricate, yet complex functions of our human body, which piqued my curiosity and interest to study biology. At this point, I already understood the importance of cultivating a good eating habits.

It wasn’t until the passing of one of my aunts that I truly grasped the significance of the saying “we are what we eat.” Poor eating habits and a lack of understanding about food and nutrition initiated health complications that eventually resulted in the tragic loss of my aunt.

Fast forward a few years to 2021, that initial interest swiftly transformed into a passion as I continuously delved deeper into the subject. When done right, the transformative potential of whole foods and their nutritional benefits could become evident in your own life, much like the profound impact it had on mine. 

My productivity levels had improved and my ability to stay more focused at work with consistent mental capacity only has food to thank. Even right now eating the right healthy food is the reason why I’m able to stay in shape throughout the year. 

All these past experiences have continued to shape the way I eat and think about whole food all year round.

Which brings me to you.

The reason why this food and nutrition blog even exists is to serve you. My whole body functions with whole foods as the fuel; I experience the effects of eating healthy first-hand, and I want the same for you too.
